If you pay your bill using your Flex provided bank account, you can reschedule your 2nd payment after your bill payment has successfully settled and your 1st payment has been completed.
You cannot reschedule your 2nd payment before your bill has been paid.
When you can reschedule
You can reschedule your 2nd payment once:
- Your payment to your service provider has settled, and
- Your 1st payment to Flex has been successfully processed
At that point, your 2nd payment in the app can be updated.
How to reschedule in the Flex app
- Open the Flex app.
- Go to the Bills tab.
- Tap on your 2nd payment.
- On the payment details page, tap Reschedule payment at the bottom of the screen.
- Select your new payment date.
- Tap Confirm payment schedule.
Your updated 2nd payment date will appear in the app once confirmed.
Important
- You must reschedule before your scheduled 2nd payment date.
- If you miss your 2nd payment, submit it as soon as possible.
- Missing your 2nd payment may impact your ability to continue using Flex.
