Missed a payment? No worries — you may still be able to use Flex.
As a reminder, your 2nd payment is due around 30 days after your bill due date, by 11:59 PM ET.
If it’s before the 2nd payment due date
If you miss your 2nd payment but it’s still before the due date, you can submit your payment and continue using Flex.
In the Flex app, you’ll see a yellow alert banner with your 2nd payment due date and a Make payment button.
Flex will also attempt one more automatic payment on the due date if the balance hasn’t been paid yet.
What you can do in the app
Retry the payment
- The payment will automatically be processed again on the due date through Flex.
- You can also find the missed payment on your home screen and tap Pay Now to submit it manually.
Reschedule the payment
- You can move your 2nd payment to a different eligible date as long as it’s on or before the due date.
- The payment will be processed on the new scheduled date through Flex.
- If you're unable to reschedule your 2nd payment in the app, contact Flex support for assistance.
If it’s after the 2nd payment due date
If you miss your 2nd payment and it’s past the due date, you may still be able to submit payment and continue using Flex. We recommend submitting your payment as soon as possible.
If the missed payment isn’t resolved, your bill credit line may be suspended and you won’t be able to use Flex for the next billing cycle. You’ll still be responsible for paying any outstanding balance.
