To request a due date change in the Flex app, contact Flex Support and provide the new due date set by your service provider.
We understand that due dates can sometimes change. While we recommend keeping the due date in the Flex app aligned with the due date set by your provider, updating the date in the app does not affect when your bill payment is submitted.
You are responsible for submitting your bill payment to your provider each billing cycle. Make sure you complete this step before your provider’s due date to avoid potential late fees.
Updating the due date in the Flex app also does not change the due date set by your service provider. If you’d like to request a different due date with your provider, you’ll need to contact them directly to see if that’s possible.
