Your Flex membership fee keeps your Flex Rent line of credit active each month. Below is everything you need to know about how billing works, how auto-renewal affects your membership, and what’s required to continue using Flex Rent.
Membership billing and renewal
Your monthly membership fee is charged on the 15th of each month as long as your Flex Rent line of credit is active. Memberships renew automatically, so you will continue to be billed each month unless you cancel before the cut-off date.
Turning rent autopay off does not deactivate your line of credit. Your membership remains active—and the monthly fee will still be charged—whether or not you use Flex Rent to pay rent that month. Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to your Flex services until you complete a cancellation.
If you choose to end your membership, please complete the cancellation process at least 2 days before the end of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

When the monthly membership fee applies
Your membership fee depends on whether your Flex Rent line of credit is active. If your line of credit is active, the monthly membership fee applies—even if rent autopay is turned off.
