We respect your privacy, and you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from Flex. If you no longer want your data stored with us, you can submit a deletion request directly in the Flex app.
Before you can delete your Flex account, you’ll need to cancel your Flex Rent membership and/or Remove your bills. This step is required because your account must be inactive before we can process a deletion request.

How to request data deletion
Once your Rent membership is canceled or your bill is removed, you can request data deletion in the Flex app:
- Open the Flex app
- Go to Settings > Privacy
- Tap the “Delete data” button
- Follow the steps to confirm your request
Important notes
Your request can’t be processed if:
- Your Flex Rent membership is still active
- Your rent payment for the current month is already in progress
- You have an outstanding rent or bill balance
- You have any bill still connected to your Flex account
When your request is processed:
- Your Flex account will be permanently closed
- Your credit line with Lead Bank or Column N.A., Member FDIC will be terminated
- You will no longer be able to use Flex services
These actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
Flex may still be required to keep certain information for legal or financial record-keeping purposes, even after your deletion request is completed.
