At Flex, we perform routine account reviews for all customers to ensure we’re offering our services responsibly. Because credit information can change over time, certain updates may require us to take a closer look. Here’s how this may impact your account.
If there is a material change in your creditworthiness, inclusive of bankruptcy activity, your account may be subject to adverse action, which can include suspension of services, cancellation, or restrictions on access to Flex offerings. As noted in our Terms & Conditions: “Flex may choose not to provide the Services to you at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, your creditworthiness.” Where required by law, Flex will also provide any applicable adverse action notices.
We’re here to help: If you're unsure how bankruptcy activity may affect your Flex account or believe something on your credit report doesn’t look right, our support team is ready to assist! We can help review your account, clarify next steps, and point you toward the right resources.
