Flex respects your privacy and your right to request the deletion of your personal information. If you no longer want your data stored with us, you can submit a deletion request directly in the Flex app.
Important: Before you can delete your account, you must pay off any outstanding Move-in balances. You will not be able to delete your account until your loan or balance is fully paid.
How to delete your account
Once your loan is fully paid, you can delete your Flex account in the app:
- Open the Flex app
- Go to Settings > Privacy
- Tap Delete account
- Follow the prompts to confirm your request
What happens after deletion
When your account deletion request is processed:
- Your Flex account will be permanently closed
- If paying over time, your credit line with Lead Bank or Column N.A., Member FDIC will be terminated
- You will no longer be able to use Flex services or access the app
- You will not be able to reapply for Flex in the future
These actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
Note: Flex may still be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or financial record-keeping purposes, even after your deletion request is completed.
