Adding Flex to your Optimum account
1. Open the Flex app to find your Flex bank account details.
This bank account was created for you to pay your Optimum bill each month.
2. Add the Flex bank account as a new payment method in Optimum.
If you have trouble logging into your Optimum account, you can also pay using Quickpay
Paying your Optimum bill using Flex
1. Pay in your Optimum account using the Flex bank account
2. Within 1-3 business days, your 1st Flex payment will be collected.
Make sure you have enough funds for your 1st payment available, otherwise your Optimum bill payment will be canceled.
3. Your 2nd payment will be collected on the date you chose.
If you decide to reschedule your 2nd payment, you can do so from the Flex app once your bill payment to Optimum has successfully settled and your 1st payment to Flex has been completed.
