Make a custom or partial second payment in the Flex app
You can make a custom or partial payment for your second payment right in the Flex app!
- You can break your second payment into 2 or 3 smaller payments.
- Each payment must be at least $150, except for the last one, which just needs to cover whatever’s left.
Here are a few examples showing how you can split your repayments:

How to do it in the app
- Open the Flex app
- Tap Make payment under Payments
- Choose Custom amount
- Enter the amount you want to pay (minimum $150)
- Review and confirm by tapping Make payment
After you pay
You’ll get an email confirmation with:

- How much you paid
- What’s left to pay
- When your next payment is due
If your payment doesn’t go through, Flex will automatically try again on your scheduled date.
