Understanding your payment schedule for Pay over time

Your first monthly payment is due about one month after your initial Move-in payment. Before you confirm your plan, Flex will show your complete payment schedule so you know exactly when each payment is due.

Rescheduling payments

Payment dates are fixed once your plan begins and can’t be changed, but you’ll receive reminders ahead of every due date to help you stay on track.

Autopay

Turning on autopay is the easiest way to avoid missed payments — Flex will automatically process them on schedule. For more information on autopay settings, check out this article: Autopay options for paying your Move-in costs over time

If a payment does fail, you’ll get an instant alert in the app. You can retry the payment or update your card to resolve it quickly.

You can also pay off your plan early at any time in the Flex app. Your current balance, repayment schedule, and payment history are always available in the app so you can easily keep track of your progress.
