When do I pay?

You’ll pay the full move-in cost during checkout. No future payments are scheduled.

What does my property see?

Your move-in payment is submitted directly to your property. Your property will see the transaction come through immediately and you are good to move-in.

What happens after I pay?

Once your payment goes through Flex, you are all set. You’re ready to move in.

If you’re paying over 3 or 6 months

When do I make my first payment?

You’ll make an initial payment at checkout. This confirms your plan and unlocks your move-in.

What happens next?

Once your initial payment is received, your full move-in cost is submitted to your property. You’ll repay us in monthly installments through the app.

Can I pick my monthly payment date?

Not at this time. Your due dates are set when you open your plan. But you can make manual payments anytime in the Flex app—just make sure they’re in by the due date.

What if something goes wrong with my payment?

We’ll let you know right away in the app. You’ll be able to retry the payment or update your payment method if needed.
