Once you're set up with your Flex-provided debit card, here's how to pay your bill each billing cycle:
- Open the Flex app and go to the Bills tab.
- Select your bill to open the Bill Details page.
- Tap Pay with Flex.
- Tap the link to your service provider's website.
- Tap Show card details to reveal your card number, expiration date, and CVC.
- Use the Flex card to submit your bill payment in full.
Once you submit your bill payment, we'll verify it and automatically charge your 1st payment to Flex.
The Flex-provided debit card can only be used at your approved service provider. Attempting to use it elsewhere will result in a declined transaction.
Your 2nd payment is automatically charged
Once your bill payment has been successfully submitted, your 2nd payment to Flex will be automatically collected on the date you selected during sign-up.
Your 2nd payment must fall within 30 days of your bill due date.
You can view your upcoming payment schedule anytime in the Flex app.
Important reminders
- Flex does not automatically pay your bill for you — you'll need to use your virtual debit card to pay your bill in full to your service provider manually.
