Flex handles your bill
Flex works directly with your service provider to access your bill amount, due date, and helps complete payment on your behalf. You don't need to log in to your provider's website or pay them directly.
Once your 1st payment to Flex is processed, your upcoming bill will be handled automatically. If anything interrupts this, we'll notify you in the app or by email with clear next steps.
You pay your bill using the Flex provided bank account
Flex isn't directly connected to your service provider, so you'll complete a few steps manually each billing cycle: verify your bill details and use the Flex-funded bank account to submit payment through your provider's website.
Once that payment settles, your 1st payment to Flex is automatically charged.
You pay your bill using the Flex provided debit card (coming soon)
Some customers will pay using a Flex debit card instead of a bank account. More details coming soon.
