What is autopay?
When using pay over time to pay your move-in costs, autopay means your monthly Move-in repayments will be charged automatically to your saved debit card on each due date. You’ll get reminders before every charge.
Is autopay required?
No. Autopay is optional—but it’s strongly encouraged to help you stay on track. When autopay is on, you won’t need to remember due dates or worry about missed payments as long as you have sufficient funds in your selected payment method.
How do I turn autopay off?
You can update your autopay setting anytime in the Flex app:
- Open the Flex app
- Tap the Settings tab
- Tap Loan & payment schedule
- Toggle autopay OFF
- Tap Turn off in the pop-up message to confirm
After you make a change, you’ll see it reflected in the app and get a confirmation email from us too.
Just keep in mind: you’ll need to make each monthly payment manually by the due date.
What happens when I turn autopay off?
We’ll stop charging your card automatically. You’ll need to log in and make your payments manually each month. We’ll send reminders so you don’t miss a due date.
How do I turn autopay back on?
You can re-enable autopay in the Flex app under your Loan & payment schedule settings. Make sure your saved card is up to date.
