If your Flex account is under review, your financial situation may play a key role in determining whether you can maintain or regain access to your credit line. Income verification gives Flex an opportunity to reassess your eligibility and determine if our services are still a good fit for your financial profile.
How to Verify Your Income
If requested, you’ll need to link your bank account so Flex can securely review your recent deposit history. This is the only accepted method for income verification during an account review.
Make sure your bank connection includes accurate and up-to-date income information, as this will directly impact the outcome of the review.
What to Expect After Submission
Once you’ve linked your bank account, Flex will review your income and notify you of the outcome via email within five business days.
- If your income meets the eligibility criteria, your credit line will be reinstated.
- If it doesn’t, your account will remain suspended, and you’ll need to resolve any issues before reapplying.
