If you’re asked to verify your income — either during sign-up or as part of an account review — you’ll need to link your bank account.
Linking your bank account is required to complete income verification. This secure process allows us to review your recent deposit history as part of determining eligibility.
Bank account requirements
- The name on the linked bank account must match your Flex account
- You must be a Joint Owner if using a shared account
- Business bank accounts cannot be used
- The linked account should show your most recent deposit activity
