How to Verify Your Income
If your account is under review, Flex may request that you verify your income by either linking your bank account or uploading recent paystubs. The method you choose will allow us to securely evaluate your financial information and decide whether your credit line can be reinstated. It's important to provide accurate and up-to-date documentation, as this will directly influence the outcome of the review.
What to Expect After Submission
Once you submit your income information, Flex will carefully review it. Within five business days, we’ll notify you via email of the decision. If your income meets our criteria, your credit line will be reinstated, allowing you to continue using Flex. However, if your income doesn’t meet the necessary standards, your account will remain suspended, and you’ll need to address any issues before attempting to reapply.
