Understanding the Process
When you apply to use Flex, your financial situation plays an important role in determining your eligibility. If your initial application doesn’t meet our standard criteria, you may still have the opportunity to qualify by verifying your income. This income verification process allows Flex to reassess your financial profile, ensuring that the service is a good fit for your needs.
How to Verify Your Income
During onboarding, Flex might request that you verify your income by either linking your bank account or uploading recent paystubs. The method you choose will allow us to securely review your financial information and make a final decision on your application. It's important to provide accurate and up-to-date documentation, as this will directly impact your eligibility.
What to Expect After Submission
Once you submit your income information, Flex will carefully review it. Within five business days, we’ll notify you via email of the outcome. If your income meets our criteria, you’ll be approved to start using Flex and enjoy its benefits. However, if your income doesn’t meet the necessary standards, you’ll need to wait before reapplying. We recommend considering any changes to your financial situation during this time.
