Linking your bank account is one of the methods Flex uses to verify your income. This method helps us securely review your financial information to assess your eligibility for Flex services.

Requirements:

• The name on the linked bank account must match your Flex account.
• TD Bank, Citibank, and Citizens Bank are not supported.
• If you are using a shared bank account for rent payments, you must be a Joint Owner; otherwise, accounts not in your name are not eligible.
• Business bank accounts are not eligible for income verification.

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Go to the Income Verification email we sent you.
2. Click "Verify Income" and select the option to link your bank account.
3. Follow the prompts to securely log in to your bank account.
4. Confirm that the linked account information is correct.

What Happens Next? 

Once linked, Flex will review your financial information. You will receive an email notification within five business days regarding your eligibility.
