Requirements:
- The name on the linked bank account must match your Flex account.
- TD Bank, Citibank, and Citizens Bank are not supported.
- If you are using a shared bank account for rent payments, you must be a Joint Owner; otherwise, accounts not in your name are not eligible.
- Business bank accounts are not eligible for income verification.

- Go to the Income Verification email we sent you.
- Click "Verify Income" and select the option to link your bank account.
- Follow the prompts to securely log in to your bank account.
- Confirm that the linked account information is correct.
