Why is income verification Important?
Providing verified income details helps Flex better understand your financial situation. Depending on the outcome, income verification can:
- Help you get approved to use Flex when signing up.
- Help you maintain or regain access to your Flex Rent credit line if your account is under review.
How does income verification work?
Flex uses bank account linking to verify income. You’ll be prompted to securely connect your bank account through a trusted third-party provider, and Flex will review your recent deposit history to confirm your income.

What happens after I submit my income?
Once you've connected your bank account, Flex will review your income and notify you via email within five business days. Successfully verified income can either help you start using Flex or continue using it without interruption.
