When you sign up for Flex, you choose a date for your 2nd payment within 30 days of your bill's due date. If you need to change that date, you can reschedule directly in the Flex app in two ways depending on where you are in the payment process.
Before you've made your 1st payment
If you haven't made your 1st payment yet, you can reschedule your 2nd payment as part of the 1st payment flow.
- Go to the Home screen and find your 1st payment.
- Tap Pay Now.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Select your new 2nd payment date.
- Tap Confirm payment schedule.
- Tap the Pay button to finish making your 1st payment and finalize your updated payment schedule.
After you've made your 1st payment
If you've already made your 1st payment, you can reschedule your 2nd payment directly from the 2nd payment flow.
- Go to the Home screen and find your 2nd payment.
- Tap Pay Now.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Select your new 2nd payment date.
- Tap Confirm payment schedule.
Need help rescheduling?
If you're unable to reschedule in the app or need additional assistance, contact Flex Support at least 48 hours before your currently scheduled 2nd payment date and provide the specific date you'd like to reschedule to.
You can reschedule to any date on or before the 2nd payment due date.
What if I miss the 48-hour window?
If you don't contact Flex Support in time and miss your 2nd payment, submit the missed payment as soon as possible. If the payment is completed before the 2nd payment due date, you'll be able to continue using Flex.
