Can I switch between splitting and paying in full each month?

Yes. You can now choose your plan: either split rent (2 payments) or pay rent in full (1 payment). If you pay in full one month, you can easily go back to splitting next month, and vice versa.

How do I pay in full in the Flex app?

1. Open the Flex app when your rent period begins
2. Review and confirm your rent amount
3. Tap Choose your plan.
4.  Select Pay in full then tap Choose plan.
5. Review the fee breakdown, then confirm and submit your payment

Next month, follow the same steps to switch back to “Split rent” if you’d like.

When would paying my rent in full make sense?

Paying in full can be helpful when:

• You have the funds that month and want to simplify by paying upfront
• You want to get rent out of the way early
• You’d prefer to have one payment to track

If next month looks different, you can easily return to splitting.

What if I don't see the option to change my plan in the app?

If you don't see the option to switch your plan in the app, you can still pay in full by adjusting the amount of your credit line you'd like to use.

To update your 2nd payment amount:

1. Open the Flex app
2. Go to Settings > Rent > Rent and payments
3. Tap Change 2nd payment
4. Use the slider to choose how much of your rent you want to split into your 2nd payment

The amount you choose will stay the same for future months unless you change it again.
