If your bill is submitted through Flex, your 1st payment must be completed before your bill is submitted to your service provider.
Once your 1st payment is processed, your full bill is paid through Flex. Your 2nd payment is then automatically collected on the date you selected.

You won’t be able to manually submit your 1st payment unless the automatic charge fails.
If your 1st payment fails, you’ll see a yellow alert banner on your Flex home screen with next steps, including the option to retry your payment or take another required action.
