You can easily track your bill payment status right from the Flex app. Updates will appear on your Home screen as your bill moves through each step of the process.
Examples of bill status updates
- Ready to Pay: Autopay is off — make your 1st payment to Flex to submit your bill.
- Autopay: Autopay is on — your 1st payment will be automatically charged on your bill due date.
- Bill paid: Your bill was successfully paid.
- Bill pending: There’s an issue with your bill payment– check to see what action is required.
Service issues notification
If there’s a service issue that prevents your bill from being processed, Flex will alert you on the bill details screen until the issue is resolved.
These alerts will tell you exactly what action is needed—whether it's something you need to do or something your service provider or Flex needs to fix.
