You can easily track your bill payment status right from the Flex app. Updates will appear on your Home screen as your bill moves through each step of the process.
Examples of bill status updates
| Bill not posted: We are waiting for your service provider to post your bill. | Awaiting 1st payment (Autopay ON): Bill payment set for bill due date | Awaiting 1st payment (Autopay OFF): Ready to process upon 1st payment |
| Bill payment pending: Payment has been submitted to your service provider and is currently being processed | Bill paid: Confirmation that bill was paid on specific date | |
Service issues notification
If there’s a service issue that prevents your bill from being processed, Flex will alert you directly at the top of the Home screen of the app until the issue is resolved.
These alerts will tell you exactly what action is needed—whether it's something you need to do or something your service provider or Flex needs to fix.
