There are a few key dates in the Flex Bills billing cycle to be aware of:
| 1st payment date | Date that your 1st payment is paid to Flex and your bill payment is initiated. - If you have Autopay ON, Flex will attempt to process your 1st payment and pay your bill on this date.
- If you have Autopay OFF, you can start making your 1st payment manually in the Flex app as soon as your bill is posted.

| Bill payment date | Date that the bill amount is paid to your service provider. - If you have Autopay ON, this will be on the bill due date
- If you have Autopay OFF, this will be on the date you initiate bill payment by submitting your 1st payment manually in the Flex app

| Bill due date | This is the due date set by your provider. - If you have autopay OFF, make sure you manually make the 1st payment in the Flex app by this date to avoid any late fees from your service provider

| 2nd payment date | Date that your 2nd payment is paid to Flex. - You select this date when you set up Flex for your bill
- You must select a date within 30 days of your bill due date

These dates will always be available to you in the Flex app. You will also receive your Billing Statement each cycle via email.
