If your rent portal doesn’t accept the Flex bank account, you may be able to switch to a Flex debit card instead—directly in the Flex app.
How to switch:
- Open the Flex app and go to the Home screen.
- Tap the ❓ icon next to your current Flex payment method (the bank account).
- On the next screen, choose “Switch to Flex Debit Card.”
- Confirm the switch. Once confirmed, your Flex debit card will replace the bank account as your rent payment method, and you’ll see it listed on your Home screen
Things to keep in mind:
- Some rent portals may charge additional fees for debit card payments—check your portal’s terms before switching.
- Not all customers are eligible to switch payment methods. If you don’t see the option in your app, your account may not qualify.
