After you’ve used your Flex debit card or bank account to pay rent through your property’s rent portal, your rent may already show as “paid” on the property side—even if the Flex app hasn’t updated yet. That’s expected and part of the normal processing timeline.
What Happens Next
- Once the payment settles on Flex’s end, the app will update to show that rent was paid.
- This update can take up to 4 business days.
What to Check in the Meantime
- Make sure you used the Flex debit card or bank account provided in the app.
- Check your property’s rent portal to confirm the payment went through.
