Each month, once your rent is paid through Flex, you can reschedule your 2nd payment right in the Flex app. You can choose any date from the 8th through the last day of the current month, and you can change it as many times as you need. If you pick a date after the 25th, you'll see a reminder– scheduling that late in the month can increase the risk of a late payment, so it's just a heads-up.

You can apply the change to this month only, or save it going forward so your 2nd payment automatically lands on the same date or the same day of the week, like the 3rd Friday of each month– every month.

Reminder: Your Flex balance must be $0 by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month to keep using Flex the following month.

How do I reschedule my second payment in the app?

1. Open the Flex app and go to the Home screen
2. Select your 2nd payment
3. Tap Reschedule
4. Choose a new payment date between the 8th and the last day of the month
   1. You can also select a day in the week if that works better for you! For example, you can choose the 3rd Friday of every month if you are always paid on the same day of the week.
5. Select whether you want this change to apply to This month only or Every month
6. Tap Done to finalize
