How it Works
You can easily reschedule your second payment through the Flex app after your rent payment is processed each month. When you reschedule, you can pick any business day until the last day of the current month. Just keep in mind that the new date will only apply to your upcoming payment. Your second payment for the next month will return to the default date.
If you'd like to set a permanent date for your second payment, just reach out to support by submitting a ticket.
You can change your payment schedule multiple times during the month, but be sure to reschedule at least one business day before the selected date. Also, remember to have a zero balance by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month to keep enjoying Flex services for the next month.

Follow these steps to guide you through rescheduling your payment
- Open the app and head to your home screen.
- Tap on your 2nd payment, and you'll see the option to Reschedule.
- Choose a new date.
- Once you've selected your date, simply click Confirm.
