Rescheduling a 2nd payment into a future month is not supported in the Flex app and is strongly discouraged. Each month, you’re required to pay the full amount due by the end of that month. If you don't meet this requirement, it may result in the suspension of your ability to use the Flex Rent credit line from Lead Bank or Column N.A., Member FDIC for rent payments in the following month.
If you try to move your 2nd payment to a future month, please keep the following in mind:
- You will only remain eligible to use Flex for next month’s rent if your entire balance is fully paid by the end of the current month.
- Moving a payment into the next month may impact your eligibility to reactivate your credit line in the future.
- The Flex app will not allow you to schedule a 2nd payment into a future month.
