How to reconnect to your property
If you need to reconnect to your property, just follow these simple steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Property.
- Click Change property
What to do if you’re renewing your lease and your rent amount has changed
If you’re renewing your lease and need to update your rent, here’s how:
- Go to Settings at the bottom of your Flex app.
- Tap Rent and payment schedule under Rent.
- Enter your new monthly rent.
- Click save.
- Double-check your updated payment schedule.
What to do if you’re moving to a different location
Moving to a new place? No problem! Here’s how to transfer your Flex account to your new address:
- Go to Settings > Property > Change property.
- Keep in mind that you should hold off on linking your new property until you are ready for Flex to submit your next rent payment(s) to that property.
What if I can’t find my new property in the Flex app?
Can’t find your new property in the app? You can still use Flex! Here’s what to do:
- Go to Settings > Property > Change property.
- Enter your address.
- If you can't find your property, click on "My property isn’t listed"
