Some property management companies use software that charges Flex for automatically paying rent on behalf of our customers. In order to continue offering our services to you, we pass a portion of this charge to you in the form of a $3 Property Passthrough Fee, if your property uses one of these software. 

Please note this fee is separate from any other fees and only applies to specific properties.

If you use our Flex Rent product, this $3 Property Passthrough Fee will be included in your 2nd payment to Flex.
