Some property management companies use software that charges Flex for automatically paying rent on behalf of our customers. In order to continue offering our services to you, we pass a portion of this charge to you in the form of a $3 Property Passthrough Fee, if your property uses one of these software.
Please note this fee is separate from any other fees and only applies to specific properties.
- If you use our Flexible Rent product, this $3 Property Passthrough Fee will be included in your 2nd payment to Flex.
- If you use our Credit Builder product, this $3 Property Passthrough Fee will be charged at the same time as your monthly rate on the 21st of the month.
