The scheduled payment amounts you see in the app are based on the bill balance at the time you set up the account. Flex will automatically check your bill balance every 12 hours and update in real time.
We then update your payments in the app to match the exact amount needed to pay your bill.
When it’s time for the bill payment process to kick off, if the bill amount has increased or decreased, we will send you an email with your updated payment amounts. Your credit line will remain the same, so your 1st payment amount will be adjusted to accurately represent your bill amount.
