Why you’re seeing a notice that Flex is unable to pay your bill
This service issue appears when Flex is unable to process your bill payment.
There are a few possible reasons this can happen:
- Your bill amount is outside of the range Flex is intended to cover
- Technical issues preventing bill payment
If your bill cannot be paid through Flex, we will refund your 1st payment (if already collected) and notify you that you will need to pay your bill directly with your service provider this billing cycle.
In addition to the message in the app, you will receive an email and push notification.
