Once you make your initial Move-in payment with Flex—whether it’s the full amount or your first payment on a 3 or 6 month payment plan–we send your move-in costs directly to your property management company. Here’s what to expect:
• Your property will see the payment in pending status right after you complete checkout.
• The funds usually arrive within a few business days. Flex handles everything, so no extra steps are needed.
• In rare cases, weekends, holidays, or technical issues may cause a short delay. If a payment can’t be delivered, Flex will automatically refund you.

Most payments go through smoothly. In rare cases, weekends, holidays, or technical issues can cause a short delay. If that happens, Flex will automatically retry the payment. If we’re unable to deliver the funds to your property, you’ll receive a refund instead.
To avoid any last-minute issues, we recommend completing your Flex Move-in sign-up and any required payments at least one business day before your scheduled move-in date.
