We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes meeting your payment deadline can be tough. We're here to help!
If you're unable to pay off your balance by the due date outlined in our terms and conditions, we can work with you to set up a payment plan. This plan allows you to pay off your outstanding balance over time, at a pace that works for you.
However, please note that carrying a balance into the next month and setting up a payment plan will pause your credit line until the balance is fully paid. To keep your account active and your credit line open, ensure your balance is paid in full by the deadline stated in our terms.
Payment plans aren’t available for every account, but we’ll do our best to find a solution for you. Please be aware that failing to follow your payment plan may result in referral to Collections or a third-party collections agency.
If you need to reschedule or arrange alternative payment options, please reach out to Flex at least 2-3 business days before your scheduled payment date. Keep in mind, rescheduling through the Flex app isn’t available if your account is past due.
Refunds related to your second payment are subject to internal approval and guidelines. If you're eligible for a refund, it will apply only to the original loaned amount. Fees, such as the Property Passthrough Fee, are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be applied to future rescheduled payments or payment plan agreements.
