Keeping your account details current makes sure you always have access to Flex, get important notifications, and keep your rent payments smooth and worry-free.

You can update your phone number, email address, or rent amount right in the app.

Updating your phone number

It’s important to keep your phone number up to date so you can log into your Flex app and keep your account secure.

Here’s how to update it:

1. Open the Flex app and go to Settings (bottom of the screen).
2. Tap Account under General.
3. Tap your phone number and enter the new one, then tap Confirm.
4. Check your email for a message from Flex.
5. Click the link in the email (valid for 10 minutes).
6. Enter your new phone number in the app.
7. Confirm it with the code we send you.

✅ You’ll get a confirmation message once it’s updated!

Updating your email address

Making sure your email is current ensures you won’t miss important updates, payment notifications, or reminders.

Here’s how to update it:

1. Open the Flex app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Change next to your email address.
4. Enter your new email and hit Confirm.
5. Check your email for a message from Flex.
6. Click the link in the email (valid for 10 minutes) and log into your account.

Updating your rent amount

It’s important to keep your monthly rent amount accurate in Flex. This makes sure Flex pays the correct amount to your property each month without issues.

👉 Note: The minimum rent amount you can enter is $300.

How to update your rent amount in the app:

1. Open the Flex app and go to Settings (bottom of the screen).
2. Under Rent, tap Rent and payment schedule.
3. Enter your updated rent amount in Estimated rent.

Tap Confirm to save.
