How rescheduling works
When you add a bill to Flex, you choose a date for your 2nd payment within 30 days of your bill’s due date.
If you haven’t made your 1st payment yet and Autopay is turned OFF, you can reschedule your 2nd payment directly in the Flex app.
To reschedule in the app:
- Go to the Bills tab and find your 1st payment.
- Tap Pay Now.
- On the Review payments page, tap Reschedule.
- Use the date picker to select your new 2nd payment date.
- Tap Confirm payment schedule
- Tap the Pay button on the bottom of the Make payment screen to finish making your 1st payment and finalize your updated payment schedule.
Once your 1st payment is made and your bill payment has been initiated, you’ll no longer be able to reschedule your 2nd payment in the app. At that point, you’ll need to contact Flex Support using the instructions below.
Contacting Flex Support to reschedule
To reschedule, you must contact Flex Support at least 48 hours before your currently scheduled 2nd payment date and provide the specific date you’d like to reschedule the payment to.
You can reschedule to any date on or before the 2nd payment due date.
What if I miss the 48-hour window?
If you don’t contact Flex Support in time and miss your 2nd payment, submit the missed payment as soon as possible.
If the payment is completed before the 2nd payment due date, you’ll be able to continue using Flex.
