An application and approval are required. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged when you pay your rent using Flex (additional card processing fee applies when using a credit card). Membership is subject to credit approval, and individual credit line amounts vary based on eligibility (graphics are illustrative only). Active membership requires timely payments each month and will automatically renew until canceled.
