Opting Out of Self-Submit

To opt-out of paying your rent with Flex for the current month, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on "View details" from your home screen to access the service issue.
2. Select the option "Don't use Flex this month" and follow the next steps as prompted.

By opting out, Flex will immediately release the authorization hold on the funds for your 1st payment. However, please note that if you choose not to self-submit your rent with the Flex payment method, you will be fully responsible for making your rent payment for the current month.
