If your Flex app still shows your rent payment as "pending" or "processing," don’t worry. This is completely normal and due to standard processing times. It can take up to 4 business days for the Flex app to update and show that your rent was paid.
What to Check:
- Confirm you used your Flex bank account or debit card to pay the rent.
- Check your property’s rent portal to see if the payment was successfully made.
If both of these are correct, you’re all set! The Flex app will update within 4 business days to show your payment was completed.
What Happens if There’s an Issue? If something goes wrong, Flex will notify you via email or push notification, so you don’t need to worry about constantly checking the app.
