What does “self-submit” mean?

Due to technical issues, sometimes we are unable to submit your rent payment to your property automatically. In these cases, we need your help in submitting the payment of your rent bill. 

To self-submit, Flex provides you with a Flex-funded payment method which you use to submit your rent directly to your property. Here’s how it works:

1. Login to your rent payment website or app
2. Submit your full rent amount using your provided Flex-funded payment method
3. Your property has been paid in full
4. Make your second rent payment to Flex as usual
5. Rest assured knowing your rent is paid on time

Self-submit ensures your rent is paid in full, while offering you the flexibility to split your rent in two.
