A: If you fail to take appropriate action in a timely manner, it may result in Flex being unable to pay your rent bill directly to your portal for that month. Once you are notified of an issue, we recommend that you take action ASAP to ensure your rent is paid.
Q: How will I know there is an issue?
A: We will notify you if we see an issue requiring action via your email account and SMS. You can also check the app to see if any issues have been raised that require action.
