The monthly membership fee is billed on the 15th of each month you have access to your Flex Line of Credit.
It's important to note that even if your account is paused, you still maintain access to your line of credit, and you are able to easily resume service to continue to utilize it.
This means that unless you actively cancel your membership by the monthly cut-off, it will automatically renew and you will be billed the monthly membership fee for that month, regardless of whether you choose to use Flex to make your next rent payment. Our aim is to ensure uninterrupted access to our services, and the auto-renewal feature aligns with that commitment.

*In most cases, Flex will not charge a membership fee while your account is suspended. However, if you still have an overdue balance, a membership fee will continue to be charged for each month until the balance is settled.
