Q: How do I switch to card?
A: Open the Flex app > go to Settings > Payment Method > Switch to Card. Once you input your payment information and save, you’re good to go!

A: We recommend switching to card for the following reasons:
- Payments will be processed instantly (yes, even faster than ACH!)
- No more bank syncing issues
- No additional fees when you use card

A: Yes! Our team takes your data and security very seriously, as all transactions are SSL protected and encrypted. This ensures the integrity of your personal information as well as payment processing.
Q: What happens if my card expires?
A: No worries, our team will notify you in advance when this occurs so that your payments can occur accordingly.
Q: What types of cards are accepted?
A: We accept any US-based debit or credit card.
Q: Can I switch back to Plaid/ACH?
A: At this time, you will unfortunately not be able to switch back to Plaid/ACH if you initially switch to card. Sorry for the inconvenience!
