Who can use the privacy center?
Available to anyone with an active or past Flex account, or whose information Flex has collected through a partnered property. Flex will honor privacy requests pursuant to internal policy as well as applicable state and federal law.
What you can request?
- Right to Know — download the personal information Flex has collected about you
- Right to Delete — request deletion of your account and personal information
- Right to Opt Out of Sharing — opt out of having your information shared or sold
How it works
- Go to privacy.getflex.com/policies and click Make a Privacy Request.
- Select your state and request type.
- Enter and verify your email — you'll get an automatic response with next steps.
What to expect
- Right to Know: confirmed within 10 days, fulfilled within 45 days (up to 90 with an extension).
- Right to Delete: confirmed and processed, with some information possibly exempt due to federal regulations.
- Right to Opt Out of Sharing: confirmed within 10 days. Flex doesn't share or sell sensitive personal information except to provide its services.
