If you are receiving a notification from Flex that is saying your bank is out of sync, you will need to reconnect your bank with Flex through the app!
Flex is still connected to your bank, but when we lost sync, it means that your bank balance has updated and we aren't able to detect the exact balance. If Flex can't detect the correct balance in your account it can prevent Flex from covering your rent on time or during the month, it means we can't protect from overdraft when processing your payments.
In order to successfully relink your bank account, please check for the following:
1. Have the latest app update (Version 2.1.109 or above)
2. Navigate to the Settings Tab > Bank Account
3. Tap on Update Bank Account to relink your account
