Flex pays your rent between the last day of the prior month and the first 5 days of the current month. Funds must be available by 1pm EST on the 5th in order for a successful rent coverage.
During this window, we check whether your linked card or account has available funds for your 50% initial payment. Funds must be available by 1pm EST on the 5th in order for a successful rent coverage.
Once Flex has verified available funds for your initial payment, we pay your rent in full directly to your property and process your initial payment.
This process is automated and requires you to make no manual payments.
If we are unable to authorize your initial payment by the 5th day of each calendar month by 1pm EST, you will be unable to access Flex to pay your rent in that month.
