Flex pays user rent until the 5th of each month at 5pm EST. As long as you are successfully signed up by the 3rd day of the month, there’s still enough time to process your payment for that month. Funds must be available by 1pm EST on the 5th in order for a successful rent coverage. Please note other factors such as your property's ACH/e-check option must be enabled in order for Flex to submit payment.
If you enroll with Flex after the 3rd, we can’t cover rent in the current month, but we’ll make sure to get you set up for the following month.
