Rent portals are required to use Flex. It’s how our technology works to pay your rent. Some common online rent portals are WelcomeHome, Entrata, ClickPay etc.
Many property management companies use an online rent portal for renters to pay their rent online via a bank account or debit card.
If you currently pay your rent through a physical check and aren’t sure if your management offers an online rent portal, reach out to them and ask!

Hey all, this page is pretty useless. I found that my main page for the apartment complex I was moving in was an entrata website and used my login from there and it worked. Hopefully that helps someone.
I'm guessing that since neither our complexes nor do we use any of those portals, means that we can't even use their services. Smh

How do I log in using Entrata
I have welcome home, a pretty popular portal and it's not listed. Kinda frustrating brhat u mentioned it but can't be selected

You sign in using your username and password from the portal you usually use to log in to the apartment's portal. So, when the ResMan login appears you use the Username and password you normally use to login to your apartment's portal if you don't usually pay online then you'll have to ether sing up to your apts portal or figure something else. Hope that helps. :)
*UPDATE* For Appfolio resident portal users (Eg. Robinson Group properties) "Alice" is assisting in resolving an issue in their [Flex] database. Flex support has taken extremely long to update their database. This is a HUGE problem because it prevents users from being able to complete signup in their app/or website. We're talking about an issue GOING ON FOR MONTHS here. How long does it take a company to perform a simple update to a web url address? Starting from I initially alerted the property manager by phone and email. Then, I alerted Flex in their FAQ support article comments. Thereafter, I submitted a support request on their website. The first Flex support rep by the name of "Arnold" was lackadaisical in his approach by responding with a canned email message containing a web link BACK TO THEIR FAQ PAGE -which did not help. Then I received a follow-up email from a 2nd Flex support rep "Alice" who requested I provide more info. Hopefully, Alice can get whoever runs this outfit to resolve this issue. Support case #1237779
I was tryng to pay most of my rent early, CANT log in even after resetting my password. So do you want me to pay or not. I mean keeping my money would sit fine with me
I can't log into Entrata with my resident portal information what is up with that. I've been emailing and emailing I just don't know what else to do.

I have been trying to set up an account since my property manager alerted us that this was available, but I can’t even find the rent portal on their list, and have yet to receive a response from customer service.
